At Hans Egstorf, every stroopwafel is baked fresh and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take great pride in the quality in our produts which are made daily in our bakery and shipped directly from Amsterdam.
Because our stroopwafels are fresh food products, we are legally required (under food-safety and consumer-protection laws) to exclude them from return once delivered. This rule exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products.
That said, we always want our customers to be happy. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at info@hansegstorf.com. We’ll review your situation promptly and work toward a fair solution. This could be a replacement, refund or another way to make things right.
